FRIED GOURD 


ingredients
gourd
2 teaspoon of  salt
1 cup of  flour
oil to fry




How to do it

  • Scrap away the skin from the gourd (=zucca).
  • Cut it in thin slices (= fettine)
  • Boil it, then let it dry (= fai seccare)a little.
  • Roll(falla rotolare)  it is white flour and salt.
  • Fry it.
  • Once in the disch, you can add fennel, breadcrumbs or saffron
