How to do it
- Scrap away the skin from the gourd (=zucca).
- Cut it in thin slices (= fettine)
- Boil it, then let it dry (= fai seccare)a little.
- Roll(falla rotolare) it is white flour and salt.
- Fry it.
- Once in the disch, you can add fennel, breadcrumbs or saffron
