1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 minced green pepper
1 frying chicken, cut up
How to do
- Heat oil and butter
- Add chicken
- cook until golden brown on all sides.
- add just 2 tablespoons of the fat (= grasso alimentare)
- add green pepper, garlic and onion;
- cook until soft but not brown.
- add cranberries, salt and pepper.
- cover, simmer 25 minutes.
